Some of our providers have received new notifications from insurance carriers. The notification informs about contract termination and provides a period of time to appeal, usually a short one. The reason is that provider have submitted no or minimal number of claims over the past 12 months for services rendered to members, who chose the provider as their PCP.
If you have received such a notification – don’t panic! Call WCH representative and get the info to solve the situation.
The worst thing is to miss the notification at all.
