Extension of Waivers and Administrative Benefits
Cigna is proactively extending customer cost-share waivers and other administrative benefits through at least October 31, 2020. Interim virtual care (billing a standard face-to-face visit for all virtual care services) and eConsult guidelines are extended through at least December 31, 2020.
