New York State Amendment Change EyeMed’s New York Amendment has had several changes to the law regarding the Provider Directory Accuracy.

Updating the language and provisions of the Provider Agreement, EyeMed clarifies the existing rules and captures language not previously incorporated. All participating providers of this network are contractually obligated not only to follow these rules (as described in Provider Manual) but also to comply with all the laws in their state.
